Your first visit
Lashes, wax or both: this is how a first visit goes.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Pick your service and an artist on the booking page. New lash clients add a patch test first, and a deposit holds your time.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Come with no eye makeup, and bring your glasses if you wear contacts. A photo of a look you like helps. Come a few minutes early; parking is behind the building.
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
Your artist looks at your natural lashes or brows first and agrees the plan with you. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
You'll leave with aftercare for lashes and wax, and you can book your next fill before you go.
The day of your visit
Come with makeup-free lashes
No eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on or near your eyes that day.
Leave lenses at home
Take contact lenses out before you arrive, or bring your glasses.
Skip scrubs and sun
No scrubs, peels or tanning the day before a wax, and no hot bath or sauna the day of.
Who should wait
Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.
An eye problem
An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.
Irritated skin
Skin that's sunburned, peeling or irritated may need a few days before a wax.
A past reaction
A reaction to adhesive, wax, tape or eye products, from us or anyone else.
If you notice a reaction
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Questions about preparing
Do I need a patch test?
New lash clients patch test before a first set. A first wax starts with a small test of a spot. Either helps, but neither can predict every reaction.
What should I do before my visit?
Arrive with no eye makeup, take lenses out, skip scrubs and sun before a wax, and tell us about allergies, irritation or recent procedures.
What if I react after a visit?
Tell us right away, and call your doctor or go to urgent care if you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision.
