Our policies

What we ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.

Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set, fill and book-both visit takes one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. A wax on its own doesn't. Pick your service and an artist on the booking page, and we confirm by text or email.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep the deposit. We hold 15 minutes for a fill and 30 for a full set. On a book-both visit we hold 15 minutes, and after that we do whichever half fits the time and book the other for another day.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without a word, we keep the deposit and hold your next visit only with prepayment. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.

Children and companions

Visits are for the client, 18 and over. The rooms are small and the work needs you still, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait in the front room.

Patch tests and allergies

New lash clients patch test before a first set, to see how your skin responds to the adhesive. For wax, we test a small spot at your first visit and tell you if we'd rather wait. A patch test helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive skin. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

Redos and refunds

If something isn't right, tell us within a week. We'll look at your lashes or your brows and say what we can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit, for any artist.

Before your visit

For lashes, come with no eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on or near your eyes, and take contact lenses out. For wax, your hair needs to be long enough for the wax to grip; your artist tells you at your first visit. Skip tanning and scrubs the day before.

Three more things to know

  • The fill window

Fills are every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a full set may be needed instead.

  • Another artist's work

Extensions from another artist come off before a new set, and we can't fill them. We'll tell you the time it needs when you book.

  • When you book both

One booking and one deposit hold both services. If you cancel, you cancel both, and your deposit moves with you.

Read the rules, then pick a time.

If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
