Can I book a fill and a wax in one visit?
Yes. Pick a pair on the booking page, or choose a fill and add a wax. One booking and one deposit hold both.
How long does a book-both visit take?
A fill and a brow wax take about an hour and a half or a little more, and a full-face wax with a fill takes longer. The menu shows the time for each pair.
Which goes first, the wax or the lashes?
The wax. A wax visit is short, and then you can rest through your fill.
How often do I need a fill?
Every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a full set may be needed instead.
What happens if I'm late?
We hold 15 minutes for a fill and 30 for a full set. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.
Do I need a patch test?
New lash clients patch test before a first set. A first wax starts with a small test of a spot. Either helps, but neither can predict every reaction.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 24 hours' notice. A wax on its own doesn't take one.
How should I prepare for a wax?
Let your hair grow in until your artist says it's long enough, skip scrubs and sun the day before, and tell us about allergies or irritated skin.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any service or pair. You can buy one on the gift card page.
